Tucked within a peaceful collection of just three villas, this bright coastal retreat sits directly beside the shared heated pool and 10 minutes walk to Fingal Bay Beach, one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. It’s an inviting escape for couples, friends or a small family looking to unwind and spend quality time together.

Soft blue cabinetry, warm timber accents and light-filled interiors bring the colours of the coast indoors. Settle into the welcoming lounge, prepare a leisurely breakfast in the full kitchen, and enjoy the freedom of having your own laundry. Two beautifully presented queen bedrooms offer a restful place to recharge after a day of sunshine and sea air.

Outside, your private covered entertaining area sets the scene for relaxed BBQ dinners and conversations that stretch into the evening. With the shared heated pool just steps away, a refreshing dip is always close at hand. The poolside cabana might become your favourite holiday spot: bring a book, settle into the shade and let the afternoon drift by.

Spend your days enjoying Fingal Bay’s sweeping sandy beach, taking shoreline strolls and discovering rock pools when conditions allow. For a little adventure, explore a section of the spectacular Tomaree Coastal Walk or follow the scenic 5km one-way Shoal Bay to Fingal Bay walking track, with coastal views and opportunities to spot migrating whales in season.

Keep things local with Fingal Bay’s restaurants, takeaway shops, IGA and cellar supplying everything from an easy dinner to your favourite holiday refreshments. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 4 guests.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Extra costs you can select when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $500 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
