No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid

Comfortable overnight stop

Explorer is a Great price and good location

Located just outside Oberstdorf at the McDonalds. Has a great view of the Alps, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Free wifi, and a fantastic breakfast bar.

Super schönes Ambiente, sauber und tolles Frühstück. Ein Stern Abzug dafür dass keine Saunahandtücher zur Verfügung stehen, es gibt die Möglichkeit Handtücher gegen Gebühr auszuleihen, aber das sind leider normale Duschhandtücher. Ansonsten wie immer sehr schön…

Es gab kein Duschgel und Shampoo in der Dusche, lediglich einen Seifenspender am Waschbecken für alles. Die Eier und der Speck mussten morgens selbst gebacken werden. Preis- Leistung war in Ordnung.

Hotel hatte keine Klimaanlage. Habe bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet das dieses Hotel Klimaschonend gebaut wurde. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ( August 2024) war es im Zimmer schon sehr warm. Eine Herausforderung für uns nicht schlaflos durch die Nacht zu kommen. Trotz allem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichlich und gut.
