*Absolutely no pets.

*We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning crew needs the full amount of time to properly prepare a home of this size for the next guests.

*Please move Do NOT move the furniture. Not only does it scratch the floors, but our cleaning crew often times finds it difficult to move back especially when working solo.

*We do supply items such as paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc. However, we only provide enough to get you started.

We understand that our cancellation policy is stricter than some properties. The reason for this is that guests planning trips to the Door County area often book 12 months or more in advance. When a reservation is cancelled close to the arrival date, it can be very difficult to secure a replacement booking, especially for longer stays or specific dates.

As a small vacation rental business, we are not in a position to hold dates for 12–18 months and then absorb the financial loss if a reservation is cancelled and cannot be rebooked. For that reason, our cancellation policy is clearly disclosed at the time of booking and is applied consistently to all guests.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to help protect against unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
