Just steps from kid-friendly beaches and minutes from Anna Bay’s surf, this is your front-row seat to the natural beauty of Port Stephens, with the Stockton sand dunes on the horizon and humpback whales migrating past from May to November.


Sleeping up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults), Oceanviews offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop and family-sized fridge. The open-plan lounge and dining areas flow to a large deck with BBQ—ideal for alfresco meals, whale watching, dolphin-spotting and unforgettable sunsets.


The master suite boasts sweeping water views, a private balcony, and ensuite, while the spa bath in the main bathroom invites you to unwind after a day exploring. You’ll also enjoy modern comforts including Wi-Fi, big-screen TV, and DVD player, along with practical features such as an internal laundry, two off-street parking spaces and room for a boat (note: yard not enclosed).


From your doorstep, stroll to family-friendly beaches, launch a boat from the nearby ramp or wander Tomaree National Park’s coastal trails to secluded bays. Within minutes you can be surfing at Anna Bay, snorkeling off the rocks or simply soaking in the peace and tranquility of Fisherman's Bay.

Stunning home overlooking the ocean. Very well equipped with cooking utensils and basic pantry. Perfect for 2 families of 4 adults and 3 tweens. The 2 lounge rooms and layout of the property in general were perfect to suit all the guests. I recommend the linen hire as it made it easier to pack for our trip. But bring extras!

Simply stunning location and a beautiful view - just loved sitting outside and watching the waves roll in. Great for families with kids in primary school and beyond. Had a few issues with the cleanliness of the place to begin with, but the agent was helpful and I acknowledge this was the cleaners responsibility and not the owners/ agents fault. They had not know about the repairs that needed fixing, but took on my feedback and were very helpful. Would I book again - yes, a very relaxing holiday and a super place to have a holiday.

We really enjoyed the house, it's a great place to relax. They layout made it easy to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped. The only improvement would be if there was a speaker or stereo to connect to and WIFI.

Refreshing getaway

My family and I had a lovely ocean stay in July. It was great to escape the cold temperatures where we live and enjoy sunshine, bike rides, sunsets and sand dunes! The location is perfect and we walked down to the rocks everyday, went for bike rides from the property and it's a short drive to places to kayak. The property was cleaned well, air con was nice in evenings and kitchen very well equipped including Nespresso machine.

perfect getaway

Lovely home, exquisitely decorated, well equipped and plenty of space to spread around. Fantastic ocean views, we say plenty of whales pass by during the day and spent our night stargazing from the main bedroom! Location is perfect to get away from the crowds while still close to the beach and town. You do need to drive to get anywhere beyond the local park though! Would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

AMAZING VIEWS!

This is a beautiful property. The views are absolutely stunning. We loved sitting out the back listening to the ocean and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a Delonghi coffee machine, so take pods to fit. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was great for the upstairs area. One Mile beach is great for swimming as it’s patrolled and it’s definently worth taking a 4wd sand dune tour, it was fantastic. Great spot for a family holiday where you can truly unplug from city life.

A charming, tastefully decorated, well-equipped holiday house with stunning vistas. (We thought it actually looked better than in the photos!) It's located in a quiet area with some lovely walking tracks, including one to stunning Birubi Beach. We're definitely coming back!

We love coming here for summer holidays. The house is lovely, comfortable and air conditioned. The views are fabulous and the beaches are so close for swimming, walking or 4 wheel driving. Overall, very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
