The living room is surrounded by windows and ocean views, open to the dining area and dedicated work space overlooking the wrap-around balcony for the traveler who needs a dedicated work space. The open concept kitchen is well-equipped to cater to 8 people for breakfast, lunch and dinner and comes equipped with your standard toaster oven, coffee maker (do not forget to bring your cups!), tea kettle, and everything you need to entertain your family and guests. Dining room comfortably seats six at the table. This units west-facing balcony overlooks the Ocean Palm Golf Course and Halifax River for gorgeous sunsets every night. This private and secure condo complex offers magnificent amenities including a refreshing pool, tennis/pickleball court, private parking garage, fitness center, social meeting room, on-site washer/dryer (for a fee), and a special exterior patio & shuffleboard court, picnic area and firepit, complete with ocean views, breezes and the sounds of the waves coming ashore. Walk out the amenities deck and across A1A using the private deeded walk over to enjoy a private, tranquil, dog friendly beach where you won’t have issues with social distancing.

The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower with starter shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as ample dresser & closet space, and Smart TV.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, complete with new mattresses and linens, ample dresser & closet space, Smart TV. High speed internet is also included. The guest bathroom has a full-sized tub with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.

The third guest bedroom is perfect for kids, complete with two bunk beds, a large screen smart TV and gaming console.

Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share a common bathroom along with starter shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Only three miles from downtown Flagler Beach, this condo offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy the quiet tranquility of your own beach or the hustle and bustle of downtown Flagler, with its famous Pier. Great food and shopping are only a short drive away. Only 26 miles to Daytona Beach, 36 miles to downtown historic St. Augustine, and 72 miles to Orlando make day tripping from this condo easy to do. Enjoy watching dolphins and whales from your balcony.

Included in the unit – high speed internet, basic cable, beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards located in the storage room in the garage. Dedicated 1 car parking spot in the garage. Guest parking available outside as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the Gym, Tennis courts, Community pool and private access to the beach

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Local restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreation, Flagler Beach Pier and state parks are numerous and nearby. (including boat ramps) Located on scenic A1A historic highway with easy commutes to historic St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Orlando, and I-95.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Lots of biking trails in the area so bring your bikes.

Other Things to Note:
This is a pet friendly home. There is a call box during the hours 9:00AM to 5:00 PM. There is a building attendant after 9:00 PM where you will need through the call box to get buzzed in. This number and information will be provided to you during check in for further instruction.
