This home is a newly built farmhouse and is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities needed for you to enjoy the comforts of an HGTV style home. It's beautifully furnished with a real farmhouse feel. It is one level living and has a bright and open floorplan with great gathering spaces. For some fresh air you can relax on the patio with the dining set and gas grill. At night you can enjoy the ambiance of the party lights, gather around the firepit in the ample yard space or just kick back and relax in the hot tub.
In the home, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private full bathroom and a large amazing walk-in shower that will pamper you after a long hike or enjoying some of the breweries. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed for two and a shared bathroom with a bonus room, which has another queen-sized bed and an additional bunk bed. The home has plenty of room to sleep up to 8 people.
The location is great. It is approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and close to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping of South Asheville and Downtown.
