Ideally located in Saint-Pierre-La-Mer to spend holidays with family or friends, this spacious villa located in a dead-end street has an entrance with separate toilets, a large living room with AC and sofa, TV (French and foreigners channels), a fully equipped open kitchen with a table for 6 and for high chairs, a veranda with AC and a table for 10 people.
A night space includes 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the others with double beds 160x200), a large bathroom with Italian shower.
A "master suite" has a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower and corner bath) and a bedroom with double bed 160x200 and large dressing room (with access to the veranda).

Marvellous Property
The photos do not do justice to the magnificent view from the garden. It is a wonderful panorama. The property is well-appointed. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. Furniture is appropriate for the range of ages that we had in our group. Bedrooms are of a good size with the master bedroom especially suitable for a couple. It could do with an extra bathroom if 10 people are in residence. Two bathrooms is rather inadequate.
A few minor issues include a bare wall with a hook where a picture is missing in the main bedroom, the electric gate not functioning, limited garage/parking for larger vehicles and a poor quality pool alarm which sets off when unoccupied. We turned it off.
Overall, it is an excellent property. The agency staff personnel were friendly and helpful. I can recommend it to others without the slightest hesitation.

Wunderschönes Haus
Die Organisation vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir konnten schon vor 16 Uhr die SchlĂŒssel abholen und wurden kurze Zeit spĂ€ter von 2 Mitarbeitenden im Haus besucht, die uns alles zeigten und erklĂ€rten. Es war immer eine Person da, die deutsch sprach bzw. ĂŒbersetzte. Die Garage war sehr groĂ, dort hĂ€tte man mit etwas rangieren 2 Autos platzieren können. Auch vor der Garage auf dem GrundstĂŒck, hĂ€tte ein zusĂ€tzliches Auto geparkt werden können. Das Haus war super klimatisiert. Die Klima im Wohnzimmer kĂŒhlte das gesamte Haus. Der Wintergarten war zusĂ€tzlich mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Es fehlt uns an nichts. Die Betten waren bezogen und HandtĂŒcher waren vorhanden. WĂ€sche konnte man bequem in der Waschmaschine waschen. Der Pool und der Garten waren gepflegt und wurden auch wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts 3x gepflegt. Meist morgens gegen 7 kam ein Mitarbeiter, der seine Arbeit dort verrichtete, ohne uns zu stören. Kleinere SupermĂ€rkte waren im Ort vorhanden. FuĂlĂ€ufig war einer von diesen, 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Wir sind wĂ€hrend der 2 Wochen zum benachbarten Ort gefahren. Dort gab es einen LIDL und einen gröĂeren Supermarkt fĂŒr den Wocheneinkauf. Alles andere bekam man im Ort selbst. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit Meerblick.

Wunderschönes Haus, zu empfehlen
Das Haus war noch schöner als in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Alles neu, sauber und gerĂ€umig. Die Aufteilung ist perfekt, man kann problemlos mit zwei Familien dort Urlaub machen ohne sich âim Weg zu stehenâ. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes und danach war sehr nett und professionell. Ich kann das Haus ohne EinschrĂ€nkung sehr empfehlen und wĂŒrde wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schöne Villa
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in aussichtsreicher ruhiger Lage. Es ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuà zu erreichen.
