It has an open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area with comfortable leather sofa and lounger. The kitchen has all modern appliances including cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has a large terrace for chilling and alfresco dining with barbecue facilites on the lawn next to the terrace. It has a large well maintained garden and a large swimming pool (shared with 1 more villa) with relaxation area .
It also boasts a paved driveway with remote controlled electric gate for extra security.
