Don’t stay here!!!
The stay was a disaster from start to finish. Booked through hotels.com to arrive to no reservation. Took almost an hour for hotrks.com/hotel to fix the situation. I had to wait in th skinny with blaring speaker music after a long trip. No exactly relaxing and comfort! Get to room to find it hotter than summer and lady bugs. Cute but not ideal. After watching tv , having to use two remotes to do so, I turned off the TV and could hear music. Turns out it was the blaring music from lobby below. Called desk who stated they do not control and could do nothing. Hotel half empty …… Hello new room!!! Gave up trying to sleep at 3:00. Was planning to leave by 5 am anyways. I had a lot of stuff to take out that I brought in using baggage cart. Got to get cart to find it is locked up between locked sliding doors. You can checkout but you can never leave ….. if it is before 6 am. Do not recommend!!! Quality at this hotel, despite even the new renovations, is lacking. I use to stay at this location often but after giving me keys to an already occupied room and finding dirty clothing in room on two previous stays I opted to go else where. This was a last minute choice that I regretted thoroughly!!!

Always happy to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Grateful for the breakfast that seems to satisfy most needs. Especially pleased that beverages and some snacks are available throughout the day. Although I would not buy frozen dinners for meals, having this convenience available is a life saver when restaurants are too crowded or unavailable.
