AWEFUL!! Travelocity shouldn’t even show this as a option! To get your money back you have to go back within 15 minutes. I went back in 20 minutes and guess I was screwed. The manager wouldn’t even come speak to me. I wasn’t even yelling like I felt like I want too. I was shown other rooms that were equally as aweful. These rooms do not look like the pictures. Beds look to be 40 years old that were VERY indented. Carpet and chairs, also SUPER old...Stains, stains, and more stains, looks like everything was picked right out of the dumpster. Dusty cobwebs, unvaccumed floors, several full trash bags all around the property at 9pm. First room had the fire alarm taken apart, 2nd room the security lock wasn’t even there to latch. I felt since everything was dirty that the sheets were most likely not changed. This was right out of a horror movie.

The staff was friendly and kind to us. The room was a mess. The carpet by the bathroom looked unvacuumed, the bathroom by the tub and toilet was also a mess. the ceiling light was uncovered. There was holes in the walls. Lacked outlets for our electronics.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that stunk like smoke. Even though it was a non-smoking room. So we complained to the front desk, and were reassigned to another room. The second room we were only there long enough to drop off items and rush out to our venue, but upon return to our room... we found a crack pipe in the microwave. We took some pictures, and turned the crack pipe into the front desk, and asked for a refund. The person on staff was unable to issue a refund. So we open a dispute with VISA. The facilities are run down and dirty, you couldn’t pay me to stay there. Throw in the added element of drug paraphernalia being left in the room by the cleaning staff, makes for a very shady environment.

Highly Disappointed

Pros: It was available.....but i definitely see why
Cons: Everything mentioned above; in the explaining about my experience response
Location: Things to do near by would be to pay for a different room at a different hotel
For starters the beds didn't have the top sheets on them only the fitted sheet. Not to mention the covers on top were stained and dirty. The carpet was dirty as well. their was a fridge in the room that didn't shut so their was a big puddle on the floor around it from it leaking. The phone and the room didn't work, the cord was rigged to a wire coming out the wall. Not an actual phone jack. The Walls had numerous holes in them and their was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling as well. The towel/rug in the bathroom meant to step on when exiting the tub Was still dirty. Their was a computer chair in the room with stains all over it as well. The room was very ran down and very poorly kept. The smell in the room was a stale smell of old paint or something. I'd Never stay their ever again. Id rather have slept in my car. My friend asked the front desk for an iron they said they only had 2 irons and both were rented out. Their was no iron board and when she actually was able to use an iron. It was in poor condition. pieces were chipped off it and everything.

Go somewhere else

Cons: Noisy
The rooms here need to be renovated. The room was smelly, the bathroom was improperly cleaned. The toilet handle was broken, there was hair around the sink and in the bathtub. This hotel was cheap, and you really get what you pay for. This place is pet friendly and as far as I can tell, they really mean it.

Leaky, Stinky Rooms

This place is a real bargain, if you don't mind the smelly rooms, and lumpy beds. We stayed one night, and it was the worst night ever. We checked into the room on a rainy night, and the first thing we noticed was the smell. It was so bad that I went down the street to the store and bought some air freshener, when I returned, my husband said, "The TV is not working!", so I called the office and the desk clerk said, they were having cable problems, and that it would be on in about an hour. After 2 hours went by and no cable, I called the office again, and they said, that it had been restored, but I still had no TV to watch. They sent maintenance, and they discovered the TV was not plugged into the cable system. After all that we settled into bed to watch some TV, then all of a sudden I felt some water drip on me from the ceiling, I looked up and there was a large saturated water spot in the ceiling tiles. I called the office and told them about it, and we were moved from the leaky room into another room that was much better, but just as stinky.
