The entire space is bright and recently renovated, preserving a classical style of furnishings. It is elegant, but makes you feel at home with its warm wood tones. It is equipped with all the comforts of a real home, which makes it ideal for both short and medium/long term vacation rentals.

You walk into an entryway, in front of which is the completely equipped kitchen, with a useful storage room on its left. To the right of the entrance is the living and dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a satellite TV and a dining table for 4. Still on this floor is the first complete bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs is the bedroom area, with a comfortable double bed (160 cm / 63 in) and a small half bathroom. There is a large closet with lots of storage space.

There is air conditioning in the living room and the kitchen. There is a doorman available during the day. The apartment is not pet friendly or smoker friendly.
