Great location close to l95, but far enough away to be quiet. Close to numerous restaurants & gas stations. I agree w/past reviews the room could use some updating, but it was clean and the linens were decent.

I got to motel at 2 am and was told there was a thirty dollar deposit on my room. Absoolutely nowhere on Travelocity did it mention a deposit fee.

I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, travelocity is on online travel agency platform that the hotel is not given much control over but is required to participate with. Since guests pay travelocity directly, travelocity remits a separate credit card to the hotel that only has the funds for the room. Therefore, some guests abuse this tactic to either damage the hotel violate other hotel policies. For this reason, our hotel decided to obtain the guest card and authorize a nominal amount to ensure all guests comply to our policies for their safety and comfort. This guideline is also in the "Rules & Restrictions" section via travelocity.com. It's not perfectly worded, but the language is there, and, again, the hotel has no control over this booking platform. Going forward, please book directly with the hotel for best rates and recognition.

Room was very nice as was the pool. The only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. The only options were white bread for toast, granola bars and instant oatmeal even though it was the middle of the time assigned for breakfast hours.

The check in person was not very friendly, however the checkout person was very friendly. The room was large but the bathroom area was very small. All in all it was OK.

I like the hotel is clean and has been remodeled. I didnt like that I reserved a King room on 1st floor and Did not get that was on 2nd floor with 2 beds ( was told first come first serv) I thought that's what a resv was for to Reserve.

Love the location to restaurant's gas stations and to 95 a very nice and pleasant place to stay been returning here for the last five to eight years I believe have never been disappointed.
