No WiFi connection during our stay. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding and it was really uncomfortable. The unit was really cold with no heat in middle October.

Casa Carolina Florence - TERRIBLE

The lady who checked us in was in a hurry to hand over the key & get out. I discovered why later. The bin was not completely emptied and the washing machine had stagnant water which was smelling bad. There was air conditioning installed but not working effectively as it was not cooling the room at all - it was just cooling the area directly in front. When we complained and asked for a fan they were not helpful. Also, provided only a very tiny soap and gel for a stay of 4 days. If i had to select an accomodation in Florence again this is would certainly be the LAST place in my list. NEVER AGAIN!! I think i have been booking thru Hotels.com for several years & across several countries - this was clearly the worst & i dont know why you guys have enlisted this property.
