Special, spacious, and comfy!
Our church group holds a weekend retreat here each Spring. They love the house and ranch. Some choose to sleep at the house and others sleep at home and come for the day. There is plenty of room either way!

We loved this house. It was big enough for all of us (12) the property was really nice, out in the country but not to far out. Mornings out on the deck with a cup of coffee are perfect.

Family reunion eclipse gathering
This property was excellent for our family gathering. The surrounding country was beautiful and the property was spacious for games including the corn hole game provided by the owner. Huge deck was a big plus.The kitchen has everything needed and the rooms and baths allowed for family privacy and sleeping. The owners were top notch in communication. We would highly recommend this VRBO offering.

Family Christmas
We spent the weekend with our large family here for our Christmas and it did not disappoint! Plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with more than just the basics and nothing was lacking. The large deck was great for hanging out, grilling and making smores on the fire pit. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We will book again anytime our family in back in this area.

Thanksgiving, 2023
We had a wonderful stay at this location over the Thanksgiving weekend. There were eleven of us. My family lives in Round Rock and Liberty Hill. The property was very clean and well stocked to accommodate a large group. The outside deck was huge and great for the kids to run around and adults to rest. Fire pit added to the evening fun. I can’t say enough good things about this property!
