The room was average; not resort like. The outside had bird nests on the side of the building as you exited the room. The birds were loud each morning. There were guests that were drunk below our room and made noise well into the night. No one came and shut them down. The hot tub was so chlorinated it burned our eyes. Not a resort feel but good location.

Breathtaking ocean views. Loved sitting on the balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. We would have stayed longer but bed was uncomfortable. Hot tub was just warm. Shower water was only lukewarm. Wifi was fantastic. Best espresso down in the carve.

I was told that the room was wheelchair accessible, only to find out when we arrived that it was not. My husband’s wheelchair could not fit through the bathroom door and it is extremely dangerous for him to use the bathroom without his wheelchair. The staff told me they could not refund the room since it was booked through Expedia, even though I paid the hotel directly. I was unable to contact Expedia except through an AI chat, which told me the hotel policy was no cancellation unless requested 2 days prior to arrival.

This property is extremely dated. The room assigned was accessed by a small hall shared with another room which combined with extremely dated property and the room first impression was terrible, so terrible we left the property immediately. The front desk was informed of our departure just moments after arriving and that we did not occupy the room. One look inside was enough.

What you see may not be what you get

The photos that are posted when I reserved the room are totally false. These rooms are individually owned so what you see online might not be what you get. I’m not saying the photos are a lie, but the rooms are not all what you see. The beach was way too far. The beach view was whatever. My door didn’t shut right. I complained to the front and they said they would make a not and send to maintenance. I was really unhappy with my room. Even outlets weren’t working. They tried to move me next door- exact same room and quality. No thank you. So glad I was only here one night.

Sorry but you need to upgrade.

So many things are old, worn out and simply don’t work. Sink drain, No water rinse post beach. Fire alarm at 2am because of short in alarm system. Elevator not working once. No good on site eating options. The beach is big but pretty boring. I will not be back.

Spring Break 2025

We loved our Family Suite. It was great to be together but also have seperate spaces. The ocean views were fantastic. We even had 2 bald eagles flying over searching for dinner. We had breakfast one morning on site and is was great. We would definitely stay here again.
