Suitable for couples and families up to 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building of the early '900, a few steps from the historic center, in one of the most exclusive areas of Florence. In some periods there is a free private parking space, to be requested at the time of booking.

The appartment is perfect when it is warm, because the terrace is the highlight of the appartment. Everything was clean and easy to use. The shower could have a bit higher water pressure. would recomment this appartment :)

Beautiful Apartment, Friendly Host

This apartment is perfect for travelers who want to get away from the crowds and enjoy a wonderful neighborhood. The kitchen is perfectly appointed (with real knives -- if you cook you know) and is ready for you to return with delicacies from the Mercato San Ambrogio blocks away. It is an easy walk to all of Firenze 's important sites. The bed is very comfortable, the rooftop deck is has an amazing view. Daniele is very responsive and friendly. Don't miss the restaurants he suggests!

A perfect apartment and great location

Claudia and Daniele’s apartment is gorgeous, it’s was perfect for our week long stay. The location is excellent, it’s a short walk to the river and a 15 minute walk to the outskirts of the historic centre. There are loads of bars and restaurants in the local area plus there are supermarkets near by too. We easily got the bus and tram to the airport, to make the start of our journey home stress free. If we visited Florence again we would definitely stay at this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a great residential area

My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights in Florence and wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is beautiful with 2 full bathrooms and 2 beds, and a lovely rooftop terrace. Daniele and his partner are both wonderful (and live next door), and have a book full of recommendations in the apartment. It’s about a 30 minute walk (but easy) to the historic center of Florence (or a short walk to the taxi stand), but we loved the very safe residential neighborhood that had good little shops, restaurants, and even a street festival one night. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities you’d need for a short or long stay. It is up four flights of stairs, so you need to be able to navigate that as there’s no elevator. Daniele was a great host and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful stay just a little off the downtown path!

Absolutely wonderful!

Exactly as shown on the VRBO site. Very clean, simple lines. Loved the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Loved the outdoor terrace where we sat every night. Location is great for grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Ate locally as well as near the Duomo. Felt very safe. Our host Daniele was very accessible to any questions. Would stay here again if in Florence

Perfect Terraced Apartment in Florence

Having a terrace with views in Florence was a treat. The apartment is spacious and clean with every thing you need for a holiday. There are some great restaurants daily close by and the owners are very helpful with advice on where to eat and how to get around.

The perfect location and great host

A lovely clean, bright apartment very well situated for shops and eating places. A short walk to the city centre. Quiet at night. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated having plenty of hangers and storage space. And a nice touch was the umbrellas which came in very handy. A most enjoyable stay and would certainly come back.
