I usually stay here but this time something was different. The room was clean as usual. The heater was not functioning correctly. I called and was told to check the wall unit. I had it set for 80 but could fill no heat. No one came to check the system and waking up to a 50 degree room was unpleasant. It was freezing temps outside. Hopefully better next time.

The room was fine but the supposed breakfast was abysmal. The gentleman on reception was unfriendly and rude. We have stayed numerous times at this hotel but very disappointed this time.

When I arrived at the property I came to my room there where stains on the bedding and my pillows were stained I asked for another room they decided to try to give me cleaning supplies to clean up what I didn’t like in the morning I came down to speak with the manager and he didn’t make it any better at pPPAPq p
