Room was ok in terms of wear and tear on furnishings but this like mirrors was very dirty. Tub had rust. Bed was comfortable. Exterior of hotel showed age. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing to choose from. Worst I have encountered in a long time

The room was modern and very clean. The area felt safe. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance as the hotel is located within a large shopping area. But, the absolute best part of the stay was the woman at the front desk that checked me in. She was very nice, efficient and accommodating. She's everything customer service used to be. She was a nice ending to a very long driving day. This will now be my usual stop on my way south.

The receptionist was so sweet. We weren’t from in town we were from California and she helped us find some good local spots to eat and hang out. The hotel was actually being renovated, which was a major plus it was very nice very clean. Everyone was very attentive from the maintenance staff to the housekeeping, even the people that were working on the renovations

Our was a good size the beds were very comfortable was recently redecorated and the bathroom was brand new. Parking was a little tight as they are currently renovating some of the rooms construction vehicles took up space. Breakfast was fine. We are Northerners so the sausage and biscuit gravy was not in our wheelhouse but there were other choices for us. It's an outside entrance to the room. We were on the first floor where they put people with pets as we were traveling with our dog. That tends to be a little noisier as we hear people coming and go. Overall good stay.
