Our stay here was great! We stopped for a quick overnight to break up our drive and the location was perfect. There is lots of shopping and food near by. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast has a great selection with extremely friendly staff.

The breakfast staff was excellent. Especially Cynthia. Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well equipped for disabled guests. The falldown of the experience was the desk staff at check-in and checkout. One of the breakfast staff was doing double duty at the desk briefly and she was friendly and helpful, but the rest of the desk people seemed surly and uncommunicative. Did not know there was a $75 pet fee until checkout. Summary: nice convenient comfortable property, breakfast good, but you need some serious customer care training for desk staff.

The in house breakfast was very good, the food tasted fresh, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We were able to cook food we had on hand for the rest of our trip instead of dining out.
