I called before I made the reservation to double check if they have baby beds, they said yes, I told them I’ll be checking in late after midnight, can make sure to put it in the room ? The lady at front desk said, no we don’t do that, you will need to ask the front desk at the check in!! And as I expected, no bed were there n the room and no baby bed at the front desk, the room was very dirty the sheet are super old the sofa bed is nasty !! The front desk agent refused to help or suggest any solution!! Stay away from this place, next door there better options and even cheaper

Room was very close to elevator but did not hear it. Door to room was hard to open and close it seems as if the door was swollen or maybe out of line but had to use force to open and close. Bed was comfortable and the complementary breakfast was good. Employeea were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again when in the area

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very nice, with a kitchen, sitting area and king bed. Nice vanity in bath. But the mattress was soft, sinking in the middle. The staff here Charon and Cynthia serving breakfast were some of the nicest people we've met while eating breakfast. They displayed and kept the food items well stocked. The breakfast was great, we had sausage, both turkey and pork, eggs, toast, waffles, pastries, cereals, with a nut and topping station, juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, fresh pineapple, bananas, apples just to name a few. It was awesome!! Will be back here. I will have to say at check out the staff person was away with a note at the front desk, "I've walked away, will return later". This was the busiest time of day check out time and they weren't there to man the station. Only negative thing to say here.
