Perfect

We were there for 5 days and the apartment was perfect. Marco and the rest of the staff were very helpful and made great suggestions. We would go back to this apartment and will recommend it to our friends and family. FYI: it is on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift/elevator.

Comfortable, spacious and conveniently located

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this apartment. Excellent location, just a couple of blocks from Piazza SMN. Easy walk to train. Plenty of room, tastefully decorated, comfy bed and couch. Kitchen is small but all basic equipment for breakfast or heating leftovers. But we ate most meals in the excellent restaurants right outside the door! All windows lead to a small inner courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet from street noise. However if everyone has their windows open, you will hear your neighbours. Also be aware, there are many steps to get to the 3rd floor apartment, but we rather enjoyed this, it became part of our daily workout 😉 I recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. couch

Great Stay!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and full of light. It had everything we needed and was close to all the things we wanted to see in Florence. The management was very responsive and handled questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had the supplies we needed. Some things are different in Italy than US. We were fine with these things, but newcomers should be aware before they book. The front door doesn't have a coded lock, but rather we needed to wait for a person to meet us to hand over the keys. He was friendly and made us feel at home. The apartment is 4 floors up and doesn't have an elevator, it was a lot to go up and down several times a day. The apartment has windows only to an interior courtyard, (not to US fire code). The building is an historic part of ancient Florence and with cafes, cafes, and shops right outside your door. The wall mounted hot water heater needs a switch turned before hot water is available. All of this was worth the stay. We would stay again if we had the opportunity!
