Total floor area: 70 m² attic parts included. Private terrace, shared courtyard. Gently sloping land. Individual chalet next to the owners' house (former country farm) located at the top of the village, overlooking the valley and with a panoramic view of the mountains and Mont-Banc. East-southwest facing slope, with meadows. Restored family chalet, comfortable and functional, with a bathroom on each level. West-facing terrace with table and bench, 2 deck chairs. Possibility of storing bicycles under a covered shelter.
