Welcome to Coastal Gameday Cottage, a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near Gulf Shores. Built in 2021 and recently updated, this single-level retreat is ideal for families, friends, and sports groups visiting the Foley Sports Complex, OWA, Gulf State Park, The Wharf, Tanger Outlets, Bon Secour, and the beach, approximately 6.5 miles away.

Inside, enjoy an open boho-modern layout, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, comfortable living room, and a converted garage game room with foosball, board games, books, toys, and extra seating.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite, queen bed in the second bedroom, queen-and-twin trundle in the third bedroom, full-size sleeper sofa, and twin rollaway bed. All bedrooms include Smart TVs, and the primary suite has a private bathroom.

Outside, relax on the patio, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or use the charcoal grill. Four beach chairs, one umbrella, a beach wagon, beach toys, a highchair, and a pack ’n play are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and pack ’n play sheets.

Guests have access to the entire home and game room. The garage door does not open, and the garage is not available for parking. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles.

*** Required Pre-Check-In Process

After booking, the primary guest will receive an automated email with a secure link to complete the required third-party pre-check-in process, provide the requested verification information, sign the rental agreement, and select one of the following:

• A $400 refundable security deposit authorization hold
• A $133.75 non-refundable damage waiver

The refundable deposit is an authorization hold rather than an immediate charge and is released seven days after departure, provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning charges, or rental agreement violations. Bank processing times may vary.

The pre-check-in process must be completed before check-in instructions, the door code, and access information are released.

***Starter Supplies

A complimentary starter kit is provided. Each bathroom includes one roll of toilet paper and one bar of soap. The kitchen includes one roll of paper towels, a dish towel, sponge, small bottle of dish soap, one packet each of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and three trash bags.

These supplies may not last for your entire stay, so please bring or purchase additional items as needed.

• Only registered guests are permitted
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping
• No illegal substances or illegal activity
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• U-Hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and oversized vehicles are not permitted
• Daily housekeeping is not included
• Late checkout is not available; please reserve an additional night if more time is needed
• Extended stays may be available from November through February

***Trash and Checkout Requirements

Before departure, guests must start the dishwasher, gather all trash from the home, and place it in the outdoor trash cans located along the side of the house. Do not leave trash bags inside the home.

Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Guests staying the night before collection must roll the cans to the curb that evening or early the following morning. Please return games, toys, beach equipment, furniture, and household items to their original locations before checkout.

*** Safety and Monitoring Devices

The home is equipped with a noise-monitoring and smoke-detection device. A doorbell camera is located at the entrance, and an exterior security camera faces the driveway and street.

These devices monitor permitted safety conditions and exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
