We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Only there 2 nights so adequate for what we wanted. We had a balcony which had a nice view as hotel was on the sea front. The bath needs changing as very stained. Fortunately we only shower and used the mat to cover it otherwise may well have asked for a room change. Staff friendly and evening entertainment good. Free parking

A single room with a view of the harbour, that was unexpected but very nice. Room was spotless. Only fly in the ointment, people in the next room, kept their tv on all night so not much sleep. They turned it off when they went for breakfast. Overall, this was a enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

We had an enjoyable two night stay. Our room was perfect, clean lovely Seaview oh but the windows actually needed a jolly good clean and the hotel is in a really good position just to go walking to the shops and to the Lower Leas which was absolutely stunning as was the Upper Leas, so yes it was all good! 😁

Okay and value for what you pay

Room and hotel were tired, but this was reflected in what we paid for it. Perfect for an overnight stay before picking up the Shuttle which is 15 mins away. Plentiful buffet breakfast for an additional £12 pp (but only £10.50 if we’d paid there), however it was swimming in grease and we’d recommend giving it a miss and picking up something at the terminal.

I was told by someone who lived in the area that I stayed at the worst Hotel in England. I booked it last minute because I needed a place to sleep before crossing the channel. I picked the cheapest place in the area so I got what I paid for. However, it could have been better. I paid the same amount on France side but much much better quality Hotel.

I booked a premier room but the decor was tired the wallpaper was bubbled the bathroom door did not shut properly. The bathroom was dirty and the window seals had blown. There was only one person serving on the bar in the evening so took ages to get a drink and the breakfast was very poor.

Although very clean there was no mirror hanging on the wall, there was clearly a space for it. We had absolutely no hot water despite running the tap for ages. Recently refurbished room with new mattresses although these were extremely uncomfortable.
