This is a perfect location to just get away. The view of the marsh is gorgeous. It is so thoughtful that the rental includes binoculars for bird watching. Our host, Katie, could not have been sweeter. This is a large one bedroom unit with a living area and sun porch. The dock is more for looks than use, since the water never got deep enough to fish or kayak from it. However, the view is a stunner and we did not miss the fishing. The Folly Pier has all of your fishing equipment and bait and my husband really enjoyed it. The absolute best thing was the sharks tooth tour with Charleston Outdoor Adventures. The boat ride to Morris Island and the tour was hubby’s favorite part of the trip. He returned to the house and took a big nap on a very comfortable king bed.Overall, this is a great property right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Thank you, Katie for a great trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach, with stunning views and easy access to everything I needed. The house itself was well-equipped with all the essential amenities, making it a comfortable and convenient place to unwind. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the BEST time with our stay! I lost my mom in May and she rented us a house in folly every year since I was 3. We kept the tradition going and Katie was so accommodating! We will be back next year!

A wonderful place to unwind

The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. Extremely clean, beautiful views, and an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the future.
