You'll get a complete water view from the penthouse level. Soak in the coastal sunshine on your large private balcony. For fun, venture down to the community's two seasonal swimming pools for a swim or settle poolside in a chaise with a good book. Long sunset walks on the beach can be enjoyed right downstairs.

Inside, you'll immediately notice the fun, dolphin decor throughout the space. This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental is complete with a well-appointed kitchen (with Keurig, Mr. Coffee, Kitchen Aid mixer, tea kettle, and more), banquet dining table seats and bar seating, entertainment options galore (smart TV, Blu-Ray player, CD player, cassette player, and MP3 player), a card table, and, ceiling fans and microsun lamps in every room. Ladies trip
It was a wonderful ladies trip. Everything was as beautiful as noted. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The view was amazing the ocean the pier. Short walk to restaurants and Shop was awesome. Just a short drive to Charleston with wonderful things to do there beautiful city, love this place had all the room we need plenty of bedrooms bathrooms for six ladies could’ve had eight ladies. Highly recommend.

The total property was less than 2 stars. Elevator was not working; garage was difficult to navigate. Neighborhood was very noisy. The unit itself was good. Plenty of space, lovely balcony. Kitchen was ok.

Perfect Location
This was our first visit to Folly Beach over Labor Day & absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as advertised & kitchen very well stocked. My boys 10 & 14 liked their rooms & beds were comfortable. Music from Loggerheads across the street was a little loud & could be heard in their rooms at night but they were so tired & it wasn’t an issue. We all enjoyed being a short walk to dinner & ice cream & Berts market. We definitely will be back!

Great location, could use a few things
Great points: Excellent location. Walk straight to the beach, close to shops and eateries, and a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the home and 3 bathrooms were convenient. Plenty of room for lounging and activities within the house. Points that could use updating: there was only 1 kitchen towel and after being there for 4 days we could have definitely used more. There also were no hot pads for removing dishes from the oven. There were no paper towels or tissues in the home. With the amount of sand we brought from the beach it would have been nice to sweep the floors, but there was only a large push broom available. There was a cockroach that was near where we had our babies playing. Overall I think the hospitality of the property could use a little more for the price that you pay. However, we had a great time and this property worked fine for 4 adults and 2 infants, and could certainly house more than the 6 of us if looking for a spacious property.

Great Location Ruined by VACASA, VRBO, Cockroaches, Kitchen, and Dilapidated Tables Gear
• Hundreds of cockroaches. They sent somebody for the cockroaches and that reduced it a lot from us killing 25 cockroaches per hour to 20-40 per day. Be extra careful about leaving food out unprotected, we spend a lot of extra time cleaning and drying, and also spraying with a can of roach kill presumably left by the previous tenant. • There is a pier shown as being by the property , in the listing, but it is closed and has been closed for a year, it won't be open for another year. • The kitchen is supposed to be outfitted but it is not. • Most of the pots and pans are damaged. • There is one dented and rusty cookie sheet • There are no potholders. • There is one kitchen towel and it has holes in it and it is frayed. • The local representative, VACASA, told us while driving—after spending hours weeks in advance to ensure parking—that we would NOT be able to get additional parking when we got here. They said that we would have to park in front of residences in the neighborhood. When we arrived at the property we were told that if we waited until 6 pm they would know if they had spaces available for sale—which is information that VACASA did not bother to learn so that they could share with guests. VACASA should have told the building management to put us on the list ahead of time instead of me needing to get on the list at 4pm and risk not having a space. Further customer service failure is that Kels--- of local VACASA was rude and dismissive. ...and rude of condo to use others' properties. • They sent somebody for the cockroaches twice and that reduced it a lot. Maybe our efforts will save others if they stay on it. • They kept saying that they would do something about the kitchen but they would not. They could have fixed it for less than $100. • The dining room table, card table, and coffee table are a mess. They need to be refinished or replaced. The tabletops are sticky because the finish is decomposing and the finish is worn through where people rest their arms. • The coffee table is rusty on the metal parts and the wood on the top is worn and stained. • We have been using VRBO since 2001 and have never had problems like these. VRBO took about two hours of my time passing me from agent to agent saying "This next person can help with the situation." No contact with owner.

Not impressed with this unit nor the property management company. Check in process was confusing - why have check in AFTER your office is closed? 3 bathrooms for a 5 night stay had 2 rolls of TP total for the week. Cluttered with 160+ pictures on the walls. Unit was dated. The beds were TERRIBLE!!!!! You're paying $$$$ for the view, period. Will stay elsewhere if I return to Folly Beach.
