Wind down in the living area while watching your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. Then, you can put on the chef's apron and treat your guests to delicious home-cooked meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Take advantage of this condo's great proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars, all within one mile south. There you will find a handful of great dining options. The Charleston Sloth and Exotics is 350 feet away and offers great animal encounters and fun-filled experiences by feeding honey bears, walking anteaters, feeding a baby sloth, and more. Not so quiet and peaceful vacation
Overall happy with the property and stay. Wasn't communicated on the listing or communication that the property next door was under construction and it would be noisy every day we stayed there. Especially while the family was trying to enjoy the outdoor pool. I developed a migraine each day.

Was given wrong code to get in, air conditioning did not work, was given wrong code to the pool, kitchen sink was leaking bad, the jets in the tub did not work and I guess we were supposed to check breaker box, not our job. Time to look for a new rental.

Well stocked cabinets. Found some dirty mugs in cabinets. Often rent in Marsh Winds but this was a different unit. Pity about the Marsh views being blocked by a new development in front of the screened porch. Would have liked a small pan to sweep dirt into. Access code was incorrect but resolved quickly.

Large condo-small pool
The condo was roomy and has been updated since the pictures in the listing (the 3D option shows a more accurate condo). The option for 3 ensuites was extremely useful. The pool was very small—we didn’t use it much because of that. Hard to use if a family is already in it. Location was nice. We could walk to several restaurants and the beach in just a few minutes. There is a nice wide sidewalk over the bridge. The view is the back of new construction. Construction made it noisy and some tar smells ( the owners can’t control). We didn’t use the outside dining area much. Because if that. The marsh view picture should be taken down. Our key code didn’t work on arrival but when we called ( around 11pm) we got a quick answer, a pleasant person, and a code reset in just a couple minutes.
