This private condo in the woods has 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bath, with 2 additional pull out coaches. If you wish, you can also use our blow up mattress to also sleep in 1 of the 2 screened in porches. This unit is spacious with large kitchen, eat in table, fireplace, 2 screened porches and firepit. Washer and dryer in unit.

Conveniently located close to all the amenities that Abby Springs has to offer including golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, hottub, rec center with video arcade, pool, ping pong, full fitness center, yoga. Great stay at abbey springs
Had a great time, our condo was just awesome. Used the pool everyday,golfed, ate at the restaurants walked the trail along the lake.

Great Family Condo
The condo was very clean, and a great stay for our family of 5. There are a ton of sleeping options - the bunk room essentially has 4 entire beds. The condo is close to the main gate but in a great quiet area. Perfect for sitting on the screened porch! The only two things to note - there is a spiral staircase (which was perfectly fine for our small kids, but not in the pics) and just one shower. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway, great amenities!
We had such a nice relaxing time here; the golf cart was a highlight - driving around the neighborhood looking at the pretty houses! The bar and grill had fun staff and great food/drinks! Also we loved the screened in back deck. Thank you Paul for such a great place :) -Jess

Needs Improvement
The location of this rental was very nice however the condition of the rental needs improvement. To start off the listing should state the kitchen is on the second level. We were a group of 60 year old women and carrying coolers up a flight of stairs was not fun. Secondly, the unit needs some TLC. There is a section of blinds in the living room that were broken missing and some were duct taped together. There were two red chairs at the kitchen table where the legs were loose and about to break. The bedroom with all the bunk bed did not have a ladder to get to the top bunk but they did provide a metal actual ladder. Again having a 60 year old women using that was dangerous. Next, the downstairs bathroom was updated except the bathtub. If your going to update a bathroom please remove the 1970’s bathtub and tile. The deck needs to be painted and mold removed for a better appearance. The check inprocess was a mess. I was told by the owner that the security booth would have all the information and they knew nothing about the rental. Needless to say I have no idea how this could be a “Premier Host”? For the money we spent we will be looking for new accommodations the next time we visit the area.
