This place DOES NOT HAVE AC, the window had to left open to be comfortable, which was a safety issue. The carpet was absolutely filthy, large dark stains. Avoid at all costs !!!!

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for my son and I. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is not a 5 star hotel but it was more than adequate and had a pretty little garden. There are lots of places to eat and a store nearby. We had a terrible experience at Pacific Pizza. The food was awful, they were way understaffed and they couldn't seem to get anyone waiting for takeout's order correct. Two people came back with the wrong order while I was standing waiting for mine. Their "side salad" was a container given to me to use at the almost non-existent salad bar. And one of their waitresses couldn't seem to keep her mask up over her nose and couldn't care less about it. On the flip side we had breakfast at the In Place. It was yummy and the staff was very friendly.

Your website said check in was until 11. At 8:00pm I started receiving calls badgering me to cancel my room, but as we know that’s impossible with Travelocity if you try to buy trip insurance 25 hours after you book.
