Great location and comfortable setting
The house is in a strategic location and the three rooms are perfect for a group of friends on vacation. Marcella is extremely nice and the house is great in terms of value for money. Would definitely suggest staying here and would consider coming back.

Nos trataron muy bien. Casa muy bien ubicada, además tiene aire acondicionado. Marcella fue muy simpática y agradable con nostros, persona transparente y cualquier cosa que se necesite o haga falta reparar, está disponible. Por mejorar, faltaría el wifi y poco más. Repetiremos seguro!

Cottage in un contesto rurale ma vicinissimo al centro della vita dell'isola. Consigliatissimo!
Tutto perfetto! La casa è molto pulita e la vicina, che ha fatto le veci della proprietaria è stata molto gentile offrendoci l'opportunità di lavare la biancheria da camera e da bagno ogni giorno. Per il resto non ho avuto altri bisogni perché ho trovato tutto l'occorrente. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Pulita, spaziosa, ben collocata, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile
La villetta è in una posizione centrale di San Ferran, è spaziosa e comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e ogni giorno provvede al cambio della biancheria da bagno; la biancheria da letto viene cambiata su richiesta ogni 3 giorni. La casa è silenziosa nonostante l'adiacente pizzeria. Dispone di una ampia veranda dove si può anche mangiare e di un parcheggio interno. Ci sono 3 ampie camere da letto con letti singoli, 2 bagni, un salotto con 2 divani e una cucina abitabile. La consiglio vivamente!
