In the private chlorine pool, measuring 7 m x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.35 m to 2.1 m, you can swim while enjoying views of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is surrounded by a garden where you can sunbathe on one of the loungers or listen to the birds singing. You can end the day with a nice barbecue or a glass of wine on the terrace. The property is not fenced and there are neighbors, but if you are looking for nature, fresh air, and tranquility, this house is undoubtedly for you.
The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully furnished living room with a fireplace and a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook as if you were at home. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes this floor. Going upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, all with two single beds, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, radiators, and a wardrobe. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
The beautiful village is located in the middle of the mountains, in the west of the island, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you are looking for nature and outdoor sports, it is the perfect place, as many hiking and cycling routes start here. The route to Tossals Verds is especially beautiful, as it takes you through Mediterranean forests, old houses and narrow paths. CĂșber, an artificial freshwater reservoir at the foot of Puig Major, is also a popular destination among hikers. The beaches of the Serra de Tramuntana are mostly rocky, with cool, crystal-clear waters that are ideal for diving. These include Cala DeiĂ , Port de Valldemossa and Llucalcari. If you prefer sand, Port de SĂłller and Cala Tuent are sandy beaches surrounded by mountains. In SĂłller and Port de SĂłller there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops; in short, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fornalutx has a small grocery store. Near SĂłller is the Cova de Muleta, an archaeological site where the oldest human remains in Mallorca were found.
