When we asked for another towel on our second day we were to l d there was a $5 charge for each towel supplied. There is not enough space to hang the towels and bath mat to dry.

We have stayed here on quite a few occasions and have been happy with the price, as well as the very small but clean and comfortable rooms. This week we stayed twice, but were disappointed because some itinerant workers from overseas had moved in and behaved with no consideration for other guests. They were noisy during the night, playing loud music in their car with the motor running and were smoking on the Non-Smoking property. Sadly, the management did nothing to stop this behaviour, other than moving us one room further away from the noise. We won't be back.

Property is standard bed was not comfortable and the shower drainage very poor, flooring got wet all over. The property had a damp smell.

My son left his clothes in a drawer, when we returned only an hour post the hotel's checkout policy time we were advised they were disposed off. No attempt to make contact and no clear policy on lost property as well as no care or consideration for guests belongings. Porch light was left on until very late, traffic noise was quite high, I guess you get what you pay for, we wont stay here ever again.

We have stayed at the Bali Hi multiple times. The person at the reception was so friendly and helpful. It isn't far from the Club for a nice dinner or the shops if you need anything. Highly recommend.
