Cannot fault our stay at the Bella Villa Motor Inn. Room was very clean. Soft and comfy bedding. Good shower. The external areas around the rooms were very well cared for - we would definitely stay there again.

Black mold in the bathroom and weird stains on bed sheets and the pillows. Rooms were noisy and not very sound proof.

Huge issues with house keeping. The floor was so dirty. My baby’s feet turned black after using her walker for a few minutes . I didn’t let her to crawl on hotel’s floor. Internet wasn’t working as promised . We arrived late the night before so I asked for an hour late check out and was asked to pay $50. Parking was so tight. I wouldn’t come back

Staff: We arrived 50minutes before checkin time. Reception screendoor was locked. The manager behind the counter said "Checkin time is 2pm" We tried to explain that we couldn't get back before at least 8pm & just wanted to drop off the bags. Same response, but he added, I will text the room number & leave the key in the door. He texted at 1:17pm to that effect. I felt I was treated very rudely & expected a little more comproise that that. When we arrived at the motel that evening around 9:15pm, we found a serious lack of car space & also very tight parking spaces. I had to park outside in the pouring rain. I would not stay there again & if you don't want the same reaction, go elsewhere.

Stafff are clearly on drugs or some type of medication. To be evicted for questioning why there was no air conditioning in the middle of an Australian summer is absolutely criminal. To make matters worse, Some. deranged manger called offered a cash deposit to hide he’s nasty/ criminal ways from your management . So do you need to escalate this matter higher to receive my full refund. Awaiting your response

Good size room l particularly liked the full size fridge big kitchen and bathroom, When we checked in couldn’t find the remote for the ceiling fan the next day the manager had an sparky come and install a new fan with remote very happy with that.l will say the housekeeping is the best we have stayed in and we travel a lot to that area 👍
