With a fantastic beachfront location, you can sit back and take in the ocean views and the coastal breezes after spending time at the beach, right across the road. This two bedroom unit features floating timber floor throughout and provides Wi-Fi, secure parking, and the beds all made up with fresh linen for your stay but don't forget to bring your beach towel to make use of the beach or even Oceanic's own swimming pool.
The Oceanic building has easy access with an internal lift, and beyond being just a stroll to the beach, its centrally located to a great range of local cafes and restaurants and is a great base to explore the local area, and you have access to a single lock up garage.
The Oceanic building has external facing cameras.

We loved the view from our bedroom and living area. Through glass sliding doors, you see beautiful Forster beach. Very good location. Heating and cooling may be an problem. We noted plug in heaters but wonder if summer might get quite hot with the sun on the balcony and through the glass. We had a problem with no hot water which was a pity but the host was unable to fix as we couldn't report it over the weekend. This didn't ruin our stay but it was dissapointing esp after a cold winter swim in the mornings, a cold shower was not pleasant. We also were not able to open the garage so had to park on the street. Again, this didn't really worry us and we usually got a park easily bar one night. Overall, the location made our trip a delight.
Great position, excellent views, central to everything, and very clean.
However I feel the unit needs attention regarding some of the equipment included in the listing but not operational.
I think that the asked price should offer all items in working condition, otherwise renegotiate.
Cheers.
Well the view is amazing and the location is perfect the apartment has its own laundry and vacuum which with a 1 & 3 year old came in super handy But to be fair this little unit is a smidge over priced for value. To start with it needs AC it was only reaching 20 degree days and it was humid in the mornings and ice cold at night, The laminate floors in the kitchen arenât level and are starting to peel you feel like your walking down hill going from the table to the fridge and you can see where they have used tape to stick them down in the past, the dishwasher was broken, the walls need some TLC and the bathroom has water damage and peeling paint not to mention minimal water pressure in the shower. The light fittings were also rusting and the blinds in the back room have some mould on them. We couldnât use the garage thanks to someone locking their bike to the fence so we were unable to make the turn in without the risk of damaging our car so we had to park on the street, The beds and mattresses are ok but they are old The master bed has a nice lean to the edge on it so you feel like your going to fall off. The bunk beds Are very noisy and you feel like your sinking in the middle. I really hate being so negative but I expected a slightly more updated and well maintained apartment with nicer beds and working appliances for the price. All in all though we had an amazing time at Forster and despite the forecast of rain we actually had beautiful weather 75% of the time so we didnât spend much time in the apartment at all. Itâs the perfect location to set up base and go explore, The kids loved the balcony and the beach. Thank you for having us but Iâm not sure we would stay in this unit again.
