Photos on Expedia DO NOT represent what our room looked like! Checked in on a Wednesday & Thursday morning I heard the maid cart going by our room. I took our dirty towels out & gave them to the staff member and said we just need towels today. After that? The maid staff NEVER cleaned our room or provided clean towels/sherts. Our reservation was Wednesday-Sunday. Bathroom was so small the toilet paper holder was behind the door & the shower stall was the size of an RV shower. Dirt or mold on a wall .. bathroom floors had dirty grout. We did NOT walk on the laminate floors barefoot. Horrible place! Would have switched hotels but it takes Expedia multiple days to refund a card .. I have pictures of the room but didn’t see a way to attach them to my review

It was the worst hotel experience ive ever had. Listed as a kitchenette but stove didn't work not even any racks in oven had to move coffee pot to get it to work. Broken fireplace light out in bathroom. I paid 258 for one night never have had worse accommodations

The room was not maintained well. There was no dresser to store my clothes. No closet. No shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries on. I think there was mold on the walls in the shower. There was a very funky fireplace that did not work. It definitely needs a lot of work. It need these amenities in the room in order to bring customers back and it needs paint. The window covering was weird and ugly. That said it's wasn't a pleasant place to stay.

The room was clean. But hallways black top had a lot of trash laying around. Old tissues, Qtips, cigarette butts. No trash can on out side parking area.

It needs to be stated. This property does not have air conditioning. That seems like I small thing. It is cool enough to leave the windows open. However, you can hear EVERYTHING from everyone. People yelling from room to room. You name it. Additionally, the beds were not comfortable at all. The positive is that you can park your car in front of your room, and the price was right for the location.

The pictures of the rooms on the website Is definitely false advertising! The room was tiny and outdated. Shower extremely small. However it was a place to stay.

Felt like our room was a box, got stuck next to the office where management lived extremely loud at night, expected an ocean view room, our ocean view was painted on the shade, also was suppose to have a balcony we did not, couldn't open shades or windows due to lack of privacy! Horrible stay, wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible bed, shower was tiny, fake fireplace didn’t work at all, felt like I stepped into the 70’s. The suite is a standard sized room if not smaller.

The first room we had, the bathroom fan was not working properly- the staff immediately switched our room for us. The 2nd room was nice, however the desk chair was broken. They advertised a continental breakfast but when I went over to get coffee at 7am, the front door was locked and another guest had already rang the bell and no one came.

Our room was small, but came with an extra "lounge area" that was a bit weird. Several of the electrical outlets did not function. The heating unit included baseboard heat and a strange wall-mounted fake fireplace that did not stay on when required (it was 48 degrees on June 12).

This hotel was not safe to stay in and you should avoid this place at all costs. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets, bugs, old cigarette butts in room, broken window, hole in wall, hair in the shower and sink, people doing drugs in the parking lot, and on and on. We opened the door walked through the room and walked right out. Decided we would be better off losing our money and sleeping in the car down the road. Front desk was unwilling to help with anything and customer service would not help either. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again.
