My room was very clean and organized when I got there. The bed was comfortable as well. The customer service there was awesome. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly, and I appreciated that. The next time I visit fort bragg, which hopefully is next year.I'll definitely come back and stay here. Really impressed- besides one lady who is kinda short in her welcome - not very friendly or talkative - but besides her - the other lady is super nice - and no cooking :( indoor pool and spa/jacuzi area is really neat - my 7 year old loves it! Bed is really cushiony -you sit down you and everything near you sinks in - head area seems like it slants Downwards which is strange but vegetables nice - place

Overall, this was a good experience. When we initially checked in, they said our room was ready however, whoever cleaned it must’ve been distracted and didn’t thoroughly clean the bathroom and the sink. There was toothpaste and dumped coffee in there. My friend called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. We were happy we found a fan in the room because there wasn’t really any way to get the air moving but overall I would say it was a good experience. But I don’t know if we would stay there again. Staff was very nice.
