I booked a room with a single queen bed. I was given a room with 2 queen beds. The person who checked me in told me that I was not allowed to use the 2nd bed since I didn’t pay for it. The bathroom also had a 3-bulb light fixture, but only had 1 bulb installed. Cheap! And not friendly.

We let them know we would be arriving late. I had my travolicity sheet with me. They stated I still owed for the room. Currently, I am showing a pending with the card I reserved the room with. Then when we got there they stated I hadn't paid for it even though I showed them the sheet saying the hotel had charged me. It was 2am so I used another card to charge the payment to the room. So currently, I have to cards showing pending of the charges for the same room. They said they would correct it. But currently 24 hours later it is not corrected. Other than this issue It was a nice hotel

Last minute stay. No smoking but smelled of smoke. Ceiling was all yellow with smoke residue. Room had broken furniture.

okay hotel

Pros: able to get a room with 3 queen beds so I didn't have to get 2 rooms for my family
Location: Denny's right by hotel
Would have preferred a pool, but was thrilled that I only had to get 1 room for my family
