This peaceful retreat features an open living area filled with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and one king and one queen bedroom designed for restful sleep. Outdoor parking is included for convenience. Ideal for families, couples, or travelers seeking a comfortable, practical home base close to Northern Colorado’s best attractions.

2 bedrooms - recently painted (1 king size bed; 1 queen bed, and desk); a full bathroom; a small laundry closet with washer and dryer; an open concept sunken living room, with a couch and television / counter height dining-area for four / and full kitchen; and an enclosed yard with outdoor eating space just a few feet from the front door. 1-2 parking spots available just outside the entrance.
This property is functional and clean, though not brand new.

The property is towards the back (unit 4). It has 2 parking spaces.

We respect your privacy and are available as much or as little as you prefer. We respond promptly to questions or concerns to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

For longer stays, optional mid-stay cleanings can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Cleaning supplies are provided, and guests are kindly asked to maintain reasonable tidiness during their visit.

There are multi-family homes in this area. The drive-in movies is a couple of minutes away. Very close to many hiking and biking trails. Overlooking the “A” (CSU’s legendary mark on the foothills). 10-15 minute drive from CSU`s main campus and Old Town Fort Collins. 5-15 minutes from grocery, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and more.

They have access to 2 parking spaces in the back.

The condo is located in a quiet, residential area at the edge of town, offering easy access to nature and nearby trails. While the neighborhood is simple and lived-in, it is peaceful and safe. You’ll enjoy added privacy being situated toward the back of the property. We’re continually improving the outdoor areas to enhance the overall experience.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:



Option 1: Damage Waiver ($59) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.



Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
