Simon Hotel

The place was very nice and welcoming. They provide a complimentary bottle of water along with coffee and tea in the room—I especially loved the tea set. The staff at the reservation desk were all very kind and professional. I’d like to highlight a young lady and a gentleman from Haiti, both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anytime I called, they quickly provided whatever I needed. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant stay!

The rooms were ok but there was a lot of mold growing from the air conditioner vent.The air conditioner doesn't work very well. The meal we had at the restaurant was no that great and a little pricey for what we received.
