Quiet safe place on a quiet street w/ huge backyard and 145 sft deck, steps to parks with tennis and basketball courts, walk to lake Erie to sunbathe, swim or fishing, Friendship Trail to take a stroll, bike or jog enjoying the beautiful nature, minutes drive or biking to Crystal Beach area to listen to jazz in a pub etc., 5 minutes drive to groceries and shopping areas, minutes 2 QEW hwy. This is a pet-friendly house. The space includes Two bedrooms of approx 100 sft each furnished w/king-size beds, spacious bedroom on 2nd floor furnished with queen-size bed, fully furnished living room of approx 600 sft, full kitchen fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee-maker, blender, and cooking stuff, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and backyard deck of around 1450 sft space.
