Enjoyable stay.
Very nice accommodations. I was there for a bass tournament and there was plenty of room for boat parking with outdoor power hookups. I would stay there again.

Best weekend getaway
We had such a great time at Rio Vista this past weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for and expected. We had friends with a boat that picked us up the first day, then the second day we just hung out in the yard/water at the house. We grilled and hung out at night, especially enjoying the screened in back porch! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

The location was beautiful but the house was filthy. The refrigerator had spills in it and the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. There was dog hair everywhere that had not been swept up and the air conditioner filter looked like it had not been changed in a year. I mean the filter was so dirty and clogged up it’s a wonder it did not burn the air conditioner up or should I say what cooling it did. Every night it was at least 78 degrees in there.

Nice location on the water bring bug spray the bugs was horrible if you was outside, furniture could be updated but all in all was a guys weekend for fishing so it worked out.

Beautiful location with a great view
We loved the house and location. The lake view was great. It was quiet and the night sky was amazing! Communication with the owner was easy and she responded immediately. The bed were comfortable the house was much bigger than i thought it would be. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Great place. Great view.
Really need to update living room furniture. Need to go with leather so you can wipe down and sanitize. That’s the only problem. Beds are awesome. We had a great time.

The house was perfectly situated on the beautiful lake! There was a great fire pit and porch to sit on and view. The house was clean and had a lot of seating. I do wish the beds were made prior to arrival, but other than that this house was a peaceful getaway.

Breath takinf
Beautiful property and a home away from home. Very relaxing and just what was needed for a busy family. We took our time, hunted, and soaked in fresh air. Quiet area away from the hustles and bustles of Miami. Loved it!
