**This Is a Studio Apartment located a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean, just across the street from the White Sandy Beach of Hollywood. It comes with a full kitchen, a full bathroom and a seperate dressing area.This is a ground floor apartment that faces the Courtyard. The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport. It is centrally located between Miami and Ft Lauderdale with easy access to South Beach.It is close to great Shopping, Fine Waterfront Dining, an afternoon at the Race Track or even a Night at the Casino.You are also a few minutes away from a Round of Golf and Deep Sea Fishing.It is also 5 minutes walk to the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.
There is the Hard Rock Casino 15 minutes away where you have numerous Restaurants and Bars and a whole lot of Shopping.It is also 5 minutes away from 3 other Casinos.

Arthur St Accommodation Hollywood Beach

The property is conveniently located a few steps from the beach and Hollywood Boardwalk. Only negative point is that the unit is quite dark and there is no view. Since all windows are facing the court yard the curtains have to stay closed for privacy. The smell of the air freshener was also a bit strong.

Everything was wonderful. The place was clean, our host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze. The pool was exactly what we needed. The complex felt safe. The other people at the complex were very friendly. It was an extremely short walk to the beach maybe 2 minutes. Our host had beach towls, beach umbrella and a little cooler. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Checking out was also easy.

Cozy, comfortable, the pool was just the right temperature and very clean! It had everything needed for our week long stay. Lots of towels both for bathroom and beach/pool. We had our own beach chairs, but we did see a couple of chairs coolers in the closet. Everything was to our liking, a wonderful stay!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy and you can’t beat the location to everything. Very nice and well kept pool as well. The owner was magnificent and we will definitely rent again from her. This condo is a gem.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time renting this beautiful beach apartment. Everything was perfect. The location is absolutely the best, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Minutes from the sand, quiet and secure. Gail is an incredible host, we will be back! Five Stars! Highly recommend!

Pool AND Beach!

This property is ideal. If you want nightlife, just walk down the broadwalk for bars, restaurants and live music. If you want quiet, spend your morning on the beach and the rest of the day by the pool.

Pictures are deceiving!

Cheap! The WiFi was almost nonexistent, we couldn’t bring anything up. The TV was as bad, it kept telling us we could not watch that show. We finally got one program but it kept shutting down. Frustrating! Some dishes were chipped. Would not recommend it!

We have been to the area frequently. This stay was longer and we wanted more than 'a room' Being from Jersey, we are familiar with beach condos...this one was the usual. Loved the pool and the location.

Location Location Location!!

This property was amazing for my husband and I. We stayed 5 nights for our Honeymoon and Gail left us a bottle of champagne and red wine, so sweet. Gail also checked in with us via text to make sure everything was good upon arrival. 1 street away from the Broadwalk made it super easy to go to the beach. Really convenient if we forgot something in the room to run back and grab. Short walks away from a variety of shops and restaurants. The gated property was nice but there was sand on the floor when we entered (not the end of the world). The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. My only complaints were the shower had very low water pressure, even after trying to adjust the spray setting. It also is placed really high on the wall. I’m 5’3 and it was spraying directly in my face. The TV is also cable only. There was a washer and dryer room that was easy to use via an app that you could load money onto. Really nice affordable gem!
