If I could give it zero stars I would. Area is not ideal for traveling with a child. Seemed like a lot of drug addicts and homeless were hanging around the hotel. Rooms was not clean and the water coming from the pipes had a yellow color. Biggest issue is the front door to the hotel would not lock. Staff were rude at the front desk. Pictures on the site were not accurate.

Bathtub could use a good scrubbing, went to take a bath to soak my aching feet and it was yellow. Corners of the tub had chunks of dirt on he rim. Other wise all was great. Super easy check in and check out.

My reservation was cancelled by the time I arrived and the only room available was a smoking room, which was uncomfortable as a non-smoker. I reserved a shuttle ride for the next morning. When I got to the front-desk, the driver was unavailable. The clerk had to call me an uber.

The reception area was not very impressive. It was very small and one of the staff there was not pleasant to talk to. The room was ok, but the bathroom condition was so bad. It was dark and dirty. I can see black mold marks around the bottom of the bathtub. The Hotel did not have its own car to pick us up from the airport, but arranged Uber ride instead. I think that was the only good thing we get. Also, we had to cancel the transportation to the cruise port the next day after waiting for the bus for almost an hour. It was $15/p, but we got the refund back from the hotel. Anyhow, we had such a bad experience staying at this hotel.
