The staff, especially Ilene in the dining room, and all of the front desk, were AMAZING. Guests were pouring in needing hotel rooms after cruises due not being able to get back home because of winter storm Fern. The lobby was packed a lot of Sunday and Monday

It was rough because the storm canceled a lot of flights. The staff did their best with disgruntled and weary travelers, making sure we had plenty of towels and as much info they could give. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Bill and Tasha Smalls
