This Multi Million dollar home is a newly professionally remodeled home in Lauderdale by the Sea. Located only a couple blocks from Lauderdale by the Sea Beach this home is sure to spoil the most discerning individual.
A Golf Cart and a really fun 4 seat Fun Buggy (see pics) are available for rent and ready for your enjoyment as well.
This home boasts a big corner lot with private compound feel and easy access on a quiet road. The entire back yard is enclosed and very very private. Incredible outside entertaining area (see pics) to kick back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine.
We got rid of all the grass in the back / side yard. Only turf and outside travertine block pavers are in the backyard to minimize bugs and make it clean and really easy to navigate. Included in this backyard is a 3 hole putting green to have fun with your friends and family. Hot Tub is also included and cleaned weekly by our professional team. Grill with propane is also included.
On the Inside we have TV’s everywhere including large Roku TV’s in every bedroom so you can stream or watch TV. We have brand new furniture and beds and New Very Comfortable Kevin Charles Mattresses for all bedrooms.. All beds have 800 Count sheets included.

The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook, bake or grill. A wine fridge is also included to keep your favorite wine chilled. Newly Installed Quartz countertops are thru out the entire kitchen and Island. The island boast multibar seating to set around the Island and enjoy each others company.
We also have a desk with Bluetooth printer / paper and Fast Wifi.
We routinely clean the Air Ducts with a professional service so you feel great and your allergies stay in check. We want a super clean home and want to treat you just like we would do ourselves if we were living here.
We also have a gym that includes: Dumbbells, 8 x 12 Mat so you can get a good sweat on. We have a TV as well in the gym area. We have added large mirrors on the wall to help you have a fantastic workout.
We cater to longer term renters as well. This area is really perfect for month long renters or business people wanting to be close to everything.
To do Nearby:
2 minute golf cart ride to popular restaurants and 4 minute golf cart ride to the Beach for more nightlife, shopping and fun. We are locals so we know where to go. Just ask us and we can help.

Beautiful home!
The house was perfect! Stayed with family, our daughter, husband and grandchildren and everyone loved the house, the neighborhood and beach. Beds were very comfortable and the house was beautiful. Will definitely stay again when traveling to Lauderdale by the Sea!

This place was great! down the road from beach and food, had a golf cart to cruise around in, and the owners were very accommodating if there were any issues! Also my daughter loves the mini put put and corn hole areas! This is the first rental I have been in that has pans you can cook eggs on without trouble and scrubbing! Great experience!

Great house in an amazing location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lauderdale by the Sea, a little gem near Laurderdale. The house was hit all the marks: super nice neighborhood, spacious and comfortable, great outdoor space, and easy access to the beach and downtown restaurants etc... Host was very responsive throughout the entire process. We took advantage of the golf cart and really enjoyed this alternative transportation to get around. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our only regret was we wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back and can highly recommend without any hesitation. Eileen

Phenomenal!
The Compound was an amazing place for a vacation! When my friends and I arrived, the home looked beautiful and was very clean. The home is located in a great spot in a safe, pretty neighborhood that is a close walk to the beach and restaurants of Lauderdale by the Sea. The home’s side yards are equipped with lounge areas and a fire pit, which was nice for relaxing outside. Additionally, the mini golf area and hot tub gave our group fun activities for staying at the home. The house further has some board games and is stocked with essential spices, which made cooking a lot easier! The golf cart was a great addition to our stay as well and made it even easier to get to the beach, town, or the grocery store. We also really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that the house came with. The owners were very hospitable, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend!

Four friends for a long weekend at this amazing property. We had a blast. House was beautiful, clean and comfy. Truly a home away from home. Property owner and manger couldn’t have been more accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!! The golf cart was an awesome addition!!
