Nice, Clean and Cozy Place for a few nights.
Property was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. VRBO shows check out at 11 but owner communicated 10am as check out time so you might want to confirm check out time. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Great place close to everything
We came in town for a wedding and had everything we needed right nearby. Close to all highways. The efficiency is clean and comes equipped with the necessities, fresh towels. Coffee pot, filters, coffee, cups, paper plates, napkins and cutlery. Sebastian and his dad are so kind and welcoming. Love the flowers and property. I will not even look for another place when i go back to Broward.

Wonderful Stay, just what we needed
This is very private, yet hospitable, we loved having this rental for a stay. We went to a family wedding, and needed a place to put our heads and we were very happy to find this. It supplied our needs for the trip, was a quiet place perfect location for us, and we were very happy to find it had 2 beds. It was clean, everything worked, we had a great stay.

I had reservations for this past Saturday January 28th. I traveled 4 hours from out of town to visit family. When I went to check in at 6:30pm a man comes out and asked if he could help me. I said I wasn't given the instructions on how to check into my room. He said his son Sebastian was the owner and wasn't there. I tried a couple of times to message him using the app and he never responded. Now both his parents are outside trying to get him on the phone. While I was standing on the steps trying to figure out what was going on Sebastian canceled my reservations. His mother then got him on the phone to talk to me. He told me he was overbooked and had to cancel my night. This is so unprofessional, I'm standing at the door at 6:30 at night waiting to check in and he then cancels. I made these reservations weeks ago so if he knew he should have told me then. He just said sorry and didn't even try to fix the situation or help me with finding another place to stay. He just said that he would send my money back. I haven't received my money yet, he said it can take up to 15 days. I ended up leaving without a place to stay.

Summer trip
Perfect location to get around easily due to close proximity to the I-595 that connects to all the other highways. Property was clean & quiet. I think a more moderate size refrigerator would be great especially for travelers with longer stays like us who accumulated things that need to be refrigerated.

Perfect for our short stay
Great location in Davie. Right off the main road but totally private. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. NO MOLD OR MILDEW!! I have an extreme sensitivity to even the slightest mold and I had zero issues. It’s almost impossible to find a place in south Florida with no mold so we were relieved to find a place so clean. My only complaint was the fabric softener in the bedding and bath towels. It was very strong. If your sensitive to this it will affect you. However, that’s an easy problem to fix. My two teens and I otherwise had a nice stay. Tiny fridge was awesome for some groceries. They had cold spring water in fridge upon arrival. There’s no kitchen but the bathroom sink is large enough to do dishes in and the kitchen table in the room was perfect for the three of us to eat. The shower is a bit weak but the bathroom is spacious and clean. The parking was easy to turn around in a close the the house. We would book this rental again if we are in South Florida.
