Our room should not have been offered to guests in its current condition—it clearly needs a full renovation. The TV remotes didn’t work, the headboard was broken with nails and staples exposed, the stove didn’t work, the floor was filthy, and the bed was old, uncomfortable, and squeaky. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the shower. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night.
Parking should be free, yet we were charged $25. We will not be returning.
The only positive was the front desk agent, who mentioned it was her first day. She genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately comping the room wasn’t an option.
