I stayed at this property several years ago and I enjoyed it then. The front desk staff (Sam) was informative and helpful. The price was definitely affordable, the property and room I stayed in were clean and I was steps away from the beach and the boardwalk it was also family friendly! We had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is great — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Clean rooms, Very quiet (which I loved) because it had no pool had to walk to another affiliated hotel to go in the pool but I was fine with that because the pool hotels are VERY loud. It did have free breakfast but we decided to enjoy breakfast on the boardwalk instead. No one bothers you at all. Cons: *No room service daily so the floors were full of sand all the time so bring your own broom *Also floors were very shallow so you have to walk very lightly or else it sounds like your stomping *Also even though you pay for parking once you park dont move your car or else you will lose your spot because parking is open to the public
