Many restaurants are less than a five minute walk away. The grocery store is about a 2 minute walk. The property is 10 blocks from the ocean, which is a 5 minute bike ride. Location of the house is right near the famous Boca Raton Hotel and Resort Ft Lauderdale Convention Center, Ft Lauderdale Downtown and close to every amenity you can imagine from Shopping Malls, Airports, Hospitals. All major retail stores, Boca Raton Town Center Mall, Boca Raton Mizner Mall, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Water Sports, Fitness Centers, Spas, Fishing, Kayaking, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Diving, Bahia Mar, Restaurants - you name it!

The house has its own private heated swimming pool, relaxing spa and plenty of outside shade in the exotic garden.

HEATED POOL AND HOT TUBTO DIE FOR. Office (High Speed Internet) Also - we are pleased to provide our guests with a fully equipped kitchen which includes and an array of basic kitchen and household supplies such as (coffee, tea, herbs, spices, , ketchup, mustard, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing powder and bathroom toiletries). We realize that when one is vacationing for a short time, having to purchase all these items really adds your grocery bill!

5 star across the board! The house was clean clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed that there were bikes for the whole family in the garage. Everything we needed for a great stay was available. The property is amazing with enduring you could ask for. Clean, well appointed, 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Nicely decorated and supplied. AND a heated pool and hot tub which was used daily! On a slightly busy street but the house & property was amazingly QUIET! My grown children enjoyed the bicycles provided and all the amenities. I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Oasis

We had an amazing stay at this Deerfield property! The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the beach and Florida nightlife. We especially loved the private pool, jacuzzi, and grill—everything we needed to relax and unwind was right at our fingertips. The location was ideal with easy access to so much, yet it still felt like our own little oasis. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Experience!

Where do I start!?! The house has EVERYTHING. Bikes, beach equipment, an extra roll away bed, towels for the pool, small appliances....we really enjoyed our stay. The cold water bottles in the fridge were a nice bonus!

Comforts of Home, EZ Access to Everything

My husband, his brother and wife, and I were traveling from out of state for a family wedding. Instead of staying in a hotel, we thought this would be a nicer alternative. We could have clean rooms, eat when/what we wanted to, have access to a private pool, not have to encounter several strangers in elevators and other public spaces, etc. Though the home was a little bigger than we needed, it really wasn't. It was nice to have space to be able to do some work (I'm self-employed and never really "off"), spread out in the living room, or by the pool. Everything was super clean, modern, and well-supplied. There was an instruction manual on how to use even the coffee maker. The host supplied beach equipment, which was nice too. The full set of kitchen and laundry appliances were newer though we only used the dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker during our stay. It was quiet but close to shops, 10 minutes from the beach, etc. The host was responsive and made sure to send a few reminders throughout our stay. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Family Spring Break

The property was amazing! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Location was good, with plenty of stores near by and the beach only a short drive away. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We asked for some baby items and they were all available and prepped for us. They responded within minutes to a small issue and they were there to correct it immediately. Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to visit again!

This property was incredibly well stocked with everything you need. The pool was great, the neighborhood was convenient, and the house felt spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Overall a great experience!

Home Away from Home

The location was the perfect stay. We truly felt like being at home away from home. It was very spacious and clean. This was our first time staying at someone’s rental property so I really wasn’t favorable of having stuff in the refrigerator from either the owners or previous renters and we ran out of toilet tissue so we had to buy more. Overall it was GREAT. The pool scenery was amazing. Perfect location to everything including the beach.
