I was ready to go to bed but when I pulled the blanket/top sheet on one of the queen beds, I noticed dried up chunks and hair on the sheets. I called the front desk to notify them to change the sheets and housekeeping came to change it.

Yes it was ok.no hot tub, i had taken my granddaughter and grandson and it was extremely loud to swim.not to enjoying.was not told about the hot tub.both ladies at the front desk were not on the same page .one knew nothing.the other was ok.my toilet ran most of the night.I fixed it myself.my grandkids were sleeping didn’t want to call .my sheets had lots of hair on my bottom sheets which was not good for me.had to take it off the bed.

Check in staff was wonderful. They were able to get us rooms close together on short notice. One of the rooms smelled of cigarettes and was a little dusty, but we informed the front desk and they offered to move us. We declined so we could stay close to our other family in rooms nearby. Beds were firm but clean. Overall it was a good stay.
