Put up relocating employee who complained of unsanitary conditions in room including black mold. Was informed by staff that there was, in fact, no mold and that a refund would not be given for cancelled week because "they don't handle that." Will not be using property in the future.

Too long for check in. Secured reservation online. But when we got to the hotel at 2 AM in the morning after driving from Illinois, we were told we needed to pay $200 cash?? First of all if a deposit is necessary, they should say that online. Also, we were literally sleeping for about seven hours and taking off. That $200 seemed pretty shady. And it took a long time getting us in on that computer. I don’t know why it took so long, but the whole process took about 25 minutes.
